OUTLIERS
Skating is not a team sport, the duality of it being an outlet to focus on myself and push my own boundaries, while still having fun with my friends is something I always found interesting. Through this project, I wanted to capture the feeling of ‘belonging’ that skate culture offers to me and many others. These photographs exude that community feeling, as well as that very authentic ‘rough around the edges’ atmosphere that makes skating such a fun and enriching experience.
